First each is bead is hand forged then each has undergone a process using sea salt and time so color, shades, and patterns will vary. Each has been coated to preserve the patina then sprung on knotted cotton cording for a nautical emphasis.
Not recommended to be worn in the ocean, pool, hot tub, or shower to preserve the integrity of the protective finish on the patina bead.
